Deanna is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor and Master of Social Work. She has over 20 years of experience working with diverse individuals facing mental health and substance abuse issues. She established KES to ensure that underserved and underprivileged individuals have a safe place to learn, heal, and grow. Using a solution focused approach, her goal is to empower individuals, families, and groups to explore and resolve life issues, and remove barriers to their ultimate level of success.

Her expertise focuses on at-risk youth and adults experiencing an array of mental health issues. Raeana is a graduate of Spring Arbor University with a Master of Social Work. She has 15 years of experience working with individuals in the mental health field. She found her passion in serving at-risk youth and their families. She believes that effective therapy includes an individualized plan, in which you work at your own pace. She is prepared to help you discover and master the skills needed to help you heal from your hurts. She is also a strong advocate for Social Justice reform.

His experience has been in residential settings, using strength-based practices to help people make positive change.
