Deanna is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor and Master of Social Work. She has over 20 years of experience working with diverse individuals facing mental health and substance abuse issues. She established KES to ensure that underserved and underprivileged individuals have a safe place to learn, heal, and grow. Using a solution focused approach, her goal is to empower individuals, families, and groups to explore and resolve life issues, and remove barriers to their ultimate level of success.

Senita Reynolds, LLMSW

Therapist

Senita Reynolds, LLMSW is a graduate of Spring Arbor University with a Master of Social Work. She has experiences that include case management, crisis intervention, person-centered planning, and group facilitation. Her expertise focuses on at-risk youth and adults experiencing an array of mental health issues. She believes that positive change is possible for everyone and it is never too late to create a positive change to your life’s story.

Raeana Givan

Therapist

Raeana Givan, LLMSW is a graduate of Spring Arbor University with a Master of Social Work. She has 15 years of experience working with individuals in the mental health field. She found her passion in serving at-risk youth and their families. She believes that effective therapy includes an individualized plan, in which you work at your own pace. She is prepared to help you discover and master the skills needed to help you heal from your hurts. She is also a strong advocate for Social Justice reform.


Joshua N. Carver

Intern Therapist

Joshua N. Carver is currently a Western Michigan University, Master of S​ocial Work student, and is an intern at KES. He earned a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Michigan, and found his passion in supporting individuals, families and groups with mental health and substance abuse issues. His experience has been in residential settings, using strength-based practices to help people make positive change. 

Kiara Ford

Office Manager

Kiara Ford is responsible for creating a relaxing environment in the office. She has the knowledge and skills to ensure that operations and procedures are complete, and the needs of the people we serve are met. She also offers great support for our staff.
